Manager send selected candidates (according to client report) to corresponding recruiter ( who has forwarded candidate) to telephonic lineup .

Any Candidate is selected or rejected according to client shortlisting report .

All forwarded candidates by manager to client are shown in  Waiting for Client Approval Fresh queue of manager basket .

Go To main button Utilities ---> click on submenu My Basket,   My Basket of manager is opened . Manager opens Waiting for Client Approvel Fresh tab .Every candidate contains 4 buttons  

 button : Manager clicks to download candidate resume .

 button : Manager clicks to view comment which was inserted by manager during forword to client .

 button : Manager clicks to reject candidate .

 button : Manager clicks to shortlist candidate .

Client select candidate resume:

• Manager clicks on  button in front of candidate to shortlist candidate . Insert Comment Popup Window page is opened .
• Manager can insert resume comment hint in opened  Insert Comment Popup Window .

Manager  type resume comment hint  ( manager can see this comment during candidate shortlisting) in opened Insert  Comment Popup Window page  .

 After that Manager clicks on Submit button, message "comment insert successfully" is displayed .

 NOTE: This comment is also saved in candidate history

All candidates selected by Manager are transferred from Waiting for Client Approval Fresh of  queue of Manager basket to Pending for Lineup [ Fresh Request ]  queue of corresponding Recruiter basket ( who has forwarded candidate) .

Client reject candidate resume :

• Manager click on  button in front of candidate to reject candidate, Insert Comment Popup Window page is opened .
• Manager can insert resume comment hint in opened  Insert Comment Popup Window   .

 All candidates reject by manager are removed from Waiting for Client Approve Fresh of r queue of manager basket .
