Client shortlist candidate for reshedule interview and report to manager |
Client shortlists candidates from candidates
who are forwarded by manager for reshedule to him . After shortlisting
the candidates, client report to manager that which candidates are select
or rejected for reshedule . Then
manager selects or rejects candidates who are in Waiting for Client
Approvel Reshedule queue of manager basket . Selected candidates are again send
to coressponding recruiter to telephonic lineup . Any candidate is selected or rejected accoding to
client shortlist report for reshedule . All forward candidate by manager for reshedule are
shown Waiting
for Client Approvel Reshedule queue
of manager
basket. Manager
go to
main button Utilities ---> click on submenu My
Basket, My Basket of manager is opened
.Open Waiting for Client Approvel Request
queue tab
. Every
candidate contains 4 button Client select candidate for
reshedule: Manager type resume comment
hint in opened Insert Comment Popup Window
page . After that Manager clicks on
Submit button, message "comment insert successfully" is
displayed . NOTE: This
comment is also saved in candidate history

download candidate resume .
button : manager clicks to view
comment which was inserted by manager during forword to client .
button : manager clicks to reject
candidate .

to shortlist candidate .

,Then Insert Comment Popup Window is
opened .
Client Reject candidate for reshedule :

manager click to reject candidate , Then Insert
Comment Popup Window is opened .
All candidates reject by client for reshedule are removed from from Waiting for Client Approvel Reshedule queue of manager basket .Manager type resume comment hint in opened Insert Comment Popup Window page .
After that Manager clicks on Submit button, message "comment insert successfully" is displayed .
NOTE: This comment is also saved in candidate history
