UPDATE JOB

Put cursor on menu Job Mgt --->click on sub menu Job allocation --> click on Update tab.

Filter the job to be updated w.r.t client name, job id,date of opening/closing or combination of all.

Every Job contains Update or Re-open button .

NOTE :

button is seen in front of job before date of closing of job .

Job information can be changed by clicking on Update button .

button is seen in front of job on or after date of closing of job.in order to update this type of job ,click on re-open and change the date of closing ,then Update button is seen in front of that job than change job info .

Re-open job

Job which contain button .

Click on button .
Change the date of closing .
Click on Re-Open Job .

Update job

Update job info

Click on button which is in front of job .
Change the job info according to your choice .
Click on Update Job button .

Increase no of jobs :

Present remaining jobs will be populated .

Add incremental jobs to present total no of job .

Distribute incremental no of job to recruiters .

Present job

Fill table to increase 4 jobs .

Decrease no of jobs

Present reaming jobs will be populated .

Reduce decremental jobs from present total no of job .

Distribute decremental no of jobs to recruiters .

Present job

Fill table to decrease 2 jobs .
