UPDATE EXISTING USER

To update any user we open update user page .There are two ways to open update user page :

First :

Open Add User tab page, then single click on user name label (available in organization hierarchy preview ) .Then right click and press    button .

                  

Second :

  Go to View User tab page,click on  button in front of user .

 

  • When you open user edit page ,already filled info will be populated in corresponding fields .

          

  • Edit the info which have to change according to requirement .
  • Press   button .

         if user info is filled in a valid way , user info is updated and following message is displayed .

           

         ( if user info is not filled in a valid way corresponding message related with data field , is display . )

         Click on OK button of display message .

  • Assignment popup window is opened where we assign role to user .
