• Recruiter clicks on  button in front of job for which recruiter wants to recruit candidate.
• After clicking button Candidate Search Page is  opened .
• Recruiter selects type of searching ( Boolean Search or Magic Search )

• And Recruiter searchs candidates according to job profile .  See How search candidates?

• After candidate search, Recruiter forwards candidate to manager

There are two ways to open Candidate forward popup window page , choose any one method

First

• Click on View Resume button, View Resume Window page is opened.
• Click on the Lineup button in opened View Resume Window page.

          Second 

• Select any candidate by radio button .
• Click on Submit button .

Candidate forward popup window page is opened which contains list of questions which are asked by client in client spread sheet .

          Answers of questions are automatically populated which is in candidate info of candidate.

          Recruiter can change candidate info by editing it in coressponding fields fields and click on Update button .

          Recruiter can attach formatted resume by browsing it and click on Update button .

• Recruiter clicks on Shortlist Resume button .

          Then following popup page is opened .

• Recruiter clicks on Forward button to forward resume to his manager . Then message "forwarded successfully" is displayed .

• Recruiter clicks on OK button of Message Box then Insert Comment Popup Window page is opened .

•  Recruiter can insert resume comment hint in opened  Insert Comment Popup Window .

Recruiter  type resume comment hint  ( manager can see this comment during candidate shortlisting) in opened Insert Comment Popup Window page  .

          After that recruiter clicks on Submit button, message "comment insert successfully" is displayed .

          NOTE: This comment is also saved in candidate history .

Thus Recruiter forwards candidates resumes to Manager . All forwarded candidates by Recruiter are shown in Fresh Request queue of Manager basket . Copy of all forward candidates by Recruiter are also shown in  Pending for Manager Approval[Fresh Request] queue of recruiter basket .
