Recruiter Linup candidate for reshedule |
All candidates who are forwarded by manager for
reschedule telephonic lineup,are shown inPending for
Lineup
[Reschedule Request] queue
of coressponding recruiter basket . R ecruiter
informs by phone candidates again to attend reschedule interview . There will be 3 condition of again
telephonic lineup of reschedule interview call Lineup : candidate is ready to
attend reschedule interview .
Backout : candidate is not interested
in reschedule interview call .
Reschedule : candidate
is interested in reschedule interview call but want again reschedule for
interview call .
Recruiter go to Utilities ---> Click on submenu My
Basket , My Basket of recruiter is opened. open
Pending for Lineup [Reschedule Request] queue tab . All candidates who are pending for telephonic lineup
for reschedule interview are shown . Every candidate contains

view comment which was insert by manager during forward to recruiter for
lineup .

Recruiter lineup candidate :
Candidate is ready to attend reschedule interview then recruiter send email ,SMS to candidate .

All default data are automatically populated in this page . Recruiter can alter data field in any field of page according to choice. Recruiter can alter
Mail setting
Mail-id filled in To and CC field
Subject & Message of mail
SMS time
Interview time
Recruiter clicks on Send Mail button to send email .
After sending email "mail send successfully" is displayed .
Recruiter clicks on OK button of message .
Then Insert Comment Popup Window is opened .
All candidates who are lineup , are transferred form Pending for Lineup [ Reschedule Request ] queue toPending for Lineup [ Lined-Up Candidate ] queue of recruiter basket .Recruiter type resume comment hint in opened Insert Comment Popup Window page .
After that Recruiter clicks on Submit button, message "comment insert successfully" is displayed .
NOTE: This comment is also saved in candidate history .
Recruiter backout candidate :
when candidate is not interested in reschedule interview call .

Click on Ok button of message, Then Insert Comment Popup Window is opened .
All candidates who are backout, are removed form Pending for Lineup [ Reschedule Request ] of recruiter queue .Recruiter type resume comment hint in opened Insert Comment Popup Window page .
After that Recruiter clicks on Submit button, message "comment insert successfully" is displayed .
NOTE: This comment is also saved in candidate history
Recruiter again reschedule candidate :
Candidate is interest in reschedule interview call but want again reschedule for interview call .

candidate to reschedule candidate .Message "Queue transfer successfully" is displayed .
Click on Ok button of message, Then Insert Comment Popup Window is opened .
All candidates who are Reschedule,are transfer form Pending for Lineup [ Reschedule Request] queue to Reschedule Pending queue of manager basket .Recruiter type resume comment hint in opened Insert Comment Popup Window page .
After that Recruiter clicks on Submit button, message "comment insert successfully" is displayed .
NOTE: This comment is also saved in candidate history .
Copy of reschedule candidates are also shown in Pending for Manager approval[Reschedule] queue of recruiter basket .
NOTE :
All candidates who are rescheduled again recursive go to shortlist candidate for Reschedule page ,till candidate is reject or selected for job .
