QUEUE MANAGEMENT

Queue management include functions which help to handle recruiting process of candidate .

mainly 3 type user invalid in queue

  • Manager
  • Recruiter
  • Recruiter as manager

There are two type Queue for recruitment process

Queue in case of Manager and Recruiter

  • Manager adds jobs and assigns jobs to his recruiters .
  • All assigned jobs to any recruiter are shown in his job list .
  • Recruiter selects the candidates by searching as per as the requirement of the client job and forwards to manager . All forwarded candidates by recruiter are shown in Fresh Pending queue of manager basket .
  • Manager shortlists candidates resumes and sends shortlisted candidates resumes to the client. All shortlisted candidates resumes sent to client are shown in Waiting for Client Approval Fresh queue of manager basket .
  • Client shortlists candidates resumes for interview call and report to manager . On basis of client report, manager shortlists candidates in Waiting for Client Approval Fresh queue and send shortlist candidates to corresponding recruiter for telephonic lineup .
  • All candidates who are forwarded by manager for telephonic lineup to recruiter, are shown in Pending for Lineup [Fresh Request] queue of recruiter basket . Recruiter lineup ,reschedule, backout candidates for interview call . Before interview date some lined-up candidates can go for reschedule .

for candidates which want to reschedule 

    • If candidate is not available at given time, recruiter sends candidate resume for reschedule to manager . All forwarded candidates by recruiters for reschedule are shown in Reschedule pending queue of manager basket .
    • Manager shortlist candidates resumes for reschedule and sends shortlisted candidates resumes for reschedule to the client . All shortlisted candidates resumes for reschedule sent to client is shown in waiting for client approval Reschedule queue of manager basket .
    • client shortlists candidates resumes for reschedule interview call and report to manager . On basis of client report , manager shortlists candidates for reschedule in waiting for client approval Reschedule queue and send shortlist candidates for reschedule to coressponding recruiter for telephonic lineup .
    • all forwarded candidates by manager for telephonic lineup for reschedule , are shown in pending for lineup Reschedule queue of recruiter basket .then again recruiter lineup , reschedule , blackout for interview call 

                     NOTE : NOTE: This process repeats till candidate is not rejected or lined-up .

  • At day of interview call all lined-up candidates go for interview. candidate is selected or rejected in interview . R ecruiter saves data related with job selection info for selected candidate .

Queue in case of Recruiter as Manager

  • Manager add jobs and assigns job to RecruiterAsManager .
  • All assign jobs to any RecruiterAsManager are shown in recruiter job list .
  • RecruiterAsManager selects the candidates by searching as per as the requirement of the client job and forwards to client . All forwarded candidates by RecruiterAsManager to client are shown in waiting for client approval fresh queue  .
  • Client shortlist candidates resume for interview call . On basis of client report,RecruiterAsManager shortlist candidates in waiting for client approval fresh queue . and shortlist candidates are transferred in pending for lineup fresh queue for telephonic lineup .
  • All candidates for telephonic lineup , are shown in pending for lineup fresh queue of RecruiterAsManager basket . RecruiterAsManager lineup , reschedule , blackout for interview call . before interview date all lineup candidates can go for reschedule .

for candidates which want to reschedule

    • all candidate for telephonic lineup for reschedule interview , are shown in pending for lineup Reschedule queue of RecruiterAsManager basket . RecruiterAsManager lineup ,reschedule, backout for interview call . before interview date all lineup candidates can go for reschedule .

                   NOTE: This process repeats till candidate is not rejected or lined-up .
