All forwarded candidates by his recruiters are shown in  Fresh Pending of manager basket .

Go to main menu Utilities ---> Click on My Basket submenu . My Basket of manager is opened . Manager opens Fresh Pending tab ( which is by default open) .

All forwarded candidates by his recruiters are shown in Fresh Request tab page of manager basket. Every candidate contains 4 buttons : 

 button : Manager clicks to download candidate resume .

 button : Manager clicks to view comment which was inserted by his recruiter during forward to manager .

 button : Manager clicks to reject candidate .

 button : Manager clicks to shortlist candidate .

First Manager see candidate resume ( after downloading ) and comment for candidate resume ( which was inserted by recruiter during forward to manager) .Then decide that which candidate is according to client requirement .

Manager select candidate resume :

•  Manager Clicks on  button in front of candidate  to shortlist candidate .

 Then Forward to Client popup window is opened .

• Manager select client's contract person from contract list .
• Fill email-id in CC for sending carbon copy of mail to any other .

If Manger wants to change subject & message content , he can change it by typing in corresponding field .

If Manager wants to download tracker ,clicks on Download link present on Tracker field .  See What is Tracker

• Manager clicks on Send button to send candidate resume to client .

Then Message "email send successfully" is displayed .

Manager clicks on OK button of message .

Then message "Queue successfully" is displayed .

Manager clicks on OK button of message .

Then Insert Comment Popup Window is opened .  

•  Manager can insert resume comment hint in opened  Insert Comment Popup Window .

  Note : Candidate resume and tracker are automatically attach with email to client .

Thus all candidates shortlisted by Manager are transferred from Fresh Pending queue to Waiting for Client Approval Fresh queue of manager basket .

Manager Reject candidate resume :

• Manager click on  button in front of candidate  to reject candidate, Insert Comment Popup Window page is opened .
• Manager can insert resume comment hint in opened  Insert Comment Popup Window .

All candidates rejected by manager are removed from Fresh Pending queue of manager basket.
