Manager shortlist candidates for reshedule and forwarded to client |
Manager shortlists
candidates from candidates who are forwarded by his Recruiters for resheule
interview . Any candidate is shortlisted or rejected by manager. All
the forwarded candidates for reshedule by his recruiters are
shown in Reshedule Pending
queue of Manager basket
. Go to
main menu Utilities ---> Click on My
Basket submenu . My Basket of manager is opened . Manager opens Reshedule
Pending queue tab
. all forward candidates for reshedule by his recruiters are
shown in Reshedule Request tab
page of manager basket . every candidate contains 4 buttons . Manager select
candidate for reshedule :
Manager type resume comment
hint in opened Insert Comment Popup Window
page . After that Manager clicks on
Submit button, message "comment insert successfully" is
displayed . NOTE: This
comment is also saved in candidate history Manager Reject candidate resume : Manager type resume comment

opened .
Thus all candidates shortlisted by manager for
reshedule are transfered from Reshedule
Pending queue to Waiting for Client Approvel
Reshedule queue of manager basket .

All candidates rejected by
manager for reshedule are removed from Reshedule Pending queue of manager basket
.
