There are two type of  recruiter user to whom job are assigned .

•  Recruiter
•  Recruiter as manager

NOTE : Transferring of total no of  jobs and queues can be done between the same recruiter user type .

STEPS:

• Put cursor on menu Job Mgt --->click on sub menu Reallocation of Job  .
• Filter jobs which is to be reallocated w.r.t Client name, job id,date of opening/closing or combination of all .
• Click on  button in front of any recruiter to whom jobs are supposed  to be reallocated .

         Job reassign window opens which contains list of  manager's other recruiters .

• Reassign no of jobs to recruiters by selecting check box

          There are following conditions when :

Total no of jobs reassigning to other recruiters < no of jobs assigned to recruiter

          In this condition, simply click on Reassign button for job reallocation .

Total no of jobs reassigning to other recruiters= no of jobs assigned to recruiter and recruiter has no Queue for that job

          In this case, Recruiter has not forwarded any resume to his manager for that job .

          Click on Reassign button for job reallocation .

Total no of jobs reassigning to other recruiters = no of jobs assigned to recruiter and recruiter has Queue for that job

          In this case ,Recruiter has forwarded  resumes to manager for that job .

          Click on Reassign button .

          Queues of that job are displayed which contains candidate details, which have been forwarded for that job..

          Select recruiter name from dropdown list to assign queues of candidates .

           Press Assign Queue for job reallocation .

   NOTE: 

• Queue can be transferred between same type of  users ( recruiter, recruiter as manager ) .
• Queue can not be transferred between different  type of  users ( recruiter, recruiter as manager ).
• Only no of job can be transferred between different  type of  users ( recruiter, recruiter as manager ).     
• In the case of  transfering all jobs to any one recruiter ( same type ) Queue are automatically transfer to the reassigned recruiter .
