CANDIDATE HISTORY

CANDIDATE HISTORY: Candidate history is set of comments written by users during queue process for the candidate .This helps user to give overview of previous recruitment process done by users for the candidate .

 

To add Comment  :

When any candidate is shorlisted  or rejected anywhere in Queue during recruitment process ,then insert comment pop window will be opened to insert commment.

 

User types suitable comment hint and clicks on Submit button.After clicking  on Submit button, message "comment insert successfully" is displayed .

To see Candidate History :

        After searching candidates  with the help of  searching tools ( Boolean/Magic)      See Searching Candidate  

  • Click on View Resume button of any candidate. view resume window will be opened.
  • Click on View History button of opened view resume window .
  • Then history popup window will be opened .
