• AND ( and )
• OR ( and or )
• NOT (and not )

Rules for Boolean Search

• Each operand should  be written within " ".
• Boolean conditional operator  with it's syntax are-

AND : and

OR :  or

NOT  :and not

• Brackets( ) are used to avoid ambiguity in case of multiple expression entry .

Ex. ("JAVA" and "C++" )  or " ASP.net "

       ("Java " or "asp.net" ) and not "testing"

SEARCH ON KEYWORDS : searching candidates by applying Boolean condition on any word of  candidates resume.

KEY SKILLS : searching candidates by applying Boolean condition on any word of candidates skill set info.

SEARCH ON TAG  : searching candidates by applying Boolean condition on any word of candidates resume tag.

Steps for  boolean search

• Open boolean search page

Open boolean search page for normal working

           Go to main menu Search ---> Search Resume ----> Click on submenu Booleab Search  .

         Open boolean search page for any job to forward candidates

• Click on Lineup button of candidates job which is to be recruited .
• After clicking on lineup button candidate search page opens .
• Select Boolean Search by clicking on radio button.

• Fill the condition for the candidate searching
  • If you want to Search Candidate w.r.t Keywords of Candidates Resumes,Simply fill boolean condition  in  SEARCH ON KEYWORDS .
  • If you want to search  candidate w.r.t  resume tag , Check in box of resume tag and  fill boolean condition  in  SEARCH ON TAG .
  • If you want to search Candidate w.r.t Candidate experience,fill expire range in Total Experience   field
  • If you want to search Candidate w.r.t Candidate salary ,fill salary range in Current Annual Salary field
  • If you want to search Candidate w.r.t Candidate skill set info  ,fill boolean condition  in KEY SKILLS field
  • If you want to search Candidate w.r.t Candidate working comapny  ,fill company name in Current Employer field  
  • If you want to search Candidate w.r.t Candidate  working postion ,fill  Designation in Current Designation field   
  • Select location in  LOCATION  by which you want to search .
  • Select Education by which you want to search .
  • Select sort order candidate in DISPLAY RESULTS BY field by which you want to view.

NOTE : It is mandatory to fill atleast one value in SEARCH ON KEYWORDS , SEARCH ON TAG , KEY SKILLS .
