• Go to main menu Utilities --->  click on submenuConfigure SMTP  .
• Open Add Mail Settings tab ( which is by default open) .
• Fill up the form as

           Fill SMTP server name 

           Fill Mail address in existing SMTP server

           Fill Password of Mail address in SMTP server

           Retype password for conformation

           Give Alias name for Mail address  

 ( if  you want to make it as default password then check the checkbox of  Want to make it as a Default Server   field )

          Click on Save button .

          if form is filled in a valid way, message in figure is displayed otherwise validation message

NOTE : * Last SMTP Server marked as default server will be default server.
