ADD JOB

Steps to Add new Jobs

  • Put cursor on menu Job Mgt --->click on sub menu Job allocation  ( by default Add tab will open )
  • Select client & contact person of client according to the location .
  • Fill  job related information such as

          ( Primary Skills, Secondary Skills,Position Name, Jobs Description,Date of Opening , Date of Closing

            Designation, Salary-Range ,Experience(in months)  and Special Incentives against the job if required  )

  • Enter total no of jobs and assign no of jobs to recruiters by selecting dropdown list item of Assign Job field,list of recruiters which are under manager are displayed , distribute no of jobs  to recruiters by selecting recruiters .

         

  • Press ADD button in order to submit job .

        

 If form is filled in a valid way, "Job(s) submitted successsfully "  message will display, otherwise validation warning  message.
