RecruitPlus family of products is built on the robust Microsoft .NET architecture. All components of products are capable of adapting from small businesses needs to large organization requirements. Multi-Layer and Multi-Tier architecture can scale horizontally as well as vertically.

Our adoption of SOA architecture, with WCF, Web services, AJAX for presentation tier, business tier & layer scalability, support for use of software and/or hardware load balancing etc., enable us to cater the needs of various client.

We are constantly investing in resume data extractor (parser) to improve accuracy and efficiency of for job and candidate markets by incorporating custom dictionaries for names, cities, pin and/or zip, state, phone, companies, IT skills, Medical skills, Management skills etc., which also can enhanced by end users as well. We have used some of best known algorithms for resume data extractor like Boyer-Moore, Turbo & Tuned Boyer-Moore, Horspool, Aho-Corasick etc., for best results.

Currently we are using following technologies:

  • .NET 2.0/3.5,
  • SQL server 2005 database (all editions),
  • Windows server 2003,
  • ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, Web services, Enterprise Library, WCF, SMS gateway, SOAP,
  • Forum engine for intra-team collaboration and WIKI for easy documentation and training,
  • Integration with multiple emails servers.

Technical Architecture

Our product road map also includes incorporating workflow capability for process automation for large organizations. Some of the technologies we will be incorporating:

  • Support for Oracle database,
  • OEM API for resume data extractor,
  • Highly responsive user interface using Windows forms and WPF,
  • WWF and Skelta workflow engine.
