Key functionalities are as follows:

  • Resume Parsing: Import contact information and resumes from folders, MS-Outlook/Outlook express; automatically move/delete duplicate resumes.

  • Mail Alerts & SMS: Automatic advanced customizable XML/XSL based style sheets for all mail/SMS communications.
  • Calendaring & scheduling: Manages all calendar activities like calls, meetings, tasks, events, interview etc; send regular mailers to candidates in database to keep them active.

  • Queue management: Queue Management is the heart of the application, work flows are designed as per recruitment process flow of different countries.
  • Boolean Search: Boolean search helps recruiters to target most specific resumes from the database based on the requirements. Application supports "and", "or" and "not".
  • Mail Management: Application mailing system does not depend on any external mail management software like MS-Outlook and Outlook express for sending mails. Our application logic also safeguards the outgoing mails to be treated as SPAM.
  • Mass Mailing: Feature like mass mailing to potential candidates has been provided.
  • Fact sheet bundled along with the resume for the client: Different face sheet for different clients can be bundled along with the resumes; superset of the face sheet questions to be provided by client.
  • Counter on number of CVs viewed by each recruiter: Functionality to managers to define maximum number of resumes to be viewed by recruiters per day.
  • Additional information capturing fields on candidate details page: For example tagging each resumes with special remarks, tags as to make a more relevant search when required. These tags can be searched using magic and Boolean search option.
  • Feature to add multiple SMTP addresses: User can select which SMTP address he/she wants to relay the message so that mail should not be considered as SPAM. In case of mass mailing if all the messages starts relaying using one SMTP address, changes of considering the mail as SPAM becomes high, recruiters will have the flexibility to choose the different SMTP address for different mails.
  • Send mail to SMTP relay server in a packet of 50: so that it should not be considered as SPAM.
  • Push and Pull facility for all mails and SMS alerts: Users will be able to receive response of mails and messages of all mails and messages sent.
